Char-grilled scotch fillet (prepared medium rare) served on potato gratin
with slow roasted paprika tomato, wilted spinach and finished with beef jus.
Bacon wrapped chicken served on roasted vegetables & steamed seasonal greens
with red wine jus and a cranberry & orange relish.
Fresh local fish baked in filo with caramelised onion on crushed potatoes with
steamed seasonal greens & tomato lime salsa.
Steamed pudding with custard, vanilla ice cream &
brandy snap crumble.
Individually made mini pavlova served with kapiti raspberry &
white chocolate ice cream and a natural feijoa juice on the side.
