Keith came to the hospitality industry in 2003 after completing 28 years working for the New Zealand Police. The majority of his service was in Hawke's Bay and to a lesser degree Wellington. He was Detective Sergeant in Wellington when he retired to return to Hawke's Bay.

Although Keith enjoyed his time in the Police he was ready for a change and the hospitality industry provided him with a new and exciting challenge. Over the past year Keith has enjoyed working both in front and behind the scenes at each of his establishment. If you visit Keith's bar, please don't hesitate to say hi.
